It was very peaceful. The owner was very helpful to point to good restaurants and things to do around the area. Coffee in the morning was superb!

Kai, who owns the property, told me her parents built these huts on this beautiful land. The scenery is spectacular. Waking up to a lush green garden beneath with a layer of morning fog - as the sun starts to rise and the fog disappears, you can get a glimpse of the beautiful mountain ranges and the town below; whilst enjoying beautifully prepared breakfast by Kai. If you want simplicity and peace, this is the place to find that. Chirping birds and crickets all around. The sound of farmers working in the nearby distance and a faint roar of the motorbikes is all you can subtly hear. Even though the huts are simple, they are well curated, thoughtful and very clean. I loved the rural-ness, it felt very nostalgic and I am truly humbled by Kai’s hospitality. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel was modern and the bed was very comfy! It also boasts a roof top dining area with magnificent views of both the mountain and the rice fields, good place to chill and unwind in the evening. Good breakfast was provided for a small cost. There is also a very affordable massage shop along the main road just a short walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chiang Dao!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Chose this place for the view of the mountain and it did not disappoint - we spent whole afternoons sitting on the porch just reading and looking at the view. Delicious breakfast, with variety each day. Big and Oy (sp?) were so welcoming and warm, and went above and beyond. We also did some activities, the full-day hike with private hot spring, and the Thai cooking class directly with Big and enjoyed them both.

If I ever came back to Chiang Dao I would stay here again. Ked is an above and beyond host. She took us to the market with her one day, helped us rent motor bikes and dropped us off at the bus station- very kind. The resort feels like a little slice of paradise in the valley. It is off the main highway, but you wouldn’t know it once you step onto the property. The huts are in great condition and spotless. The pool was refreshing. I would recommend breakfast there in the morning as well.

Nice and quiet place, it is clean and comfortable. The common area is big and tidy, and we enjoyed the free toast. It is located in a nice area where you can walk around a bit and there is a temple nearby.

We stayed during smoky season so we missed out on the views, but we imagined them and it was gorgeous 😉 The dome is super cozy and has a lot of space for 2 people inside. The outdoor area and bath were so nice to hangout in and the staff was exceptional!!! Very friendly with delicious breakfast! We will come again outside of smoky season
