So glad I found this place! Next time we come to the area, we’ll skip Patong and come straight here. Ko Racha Yai is less-developed and infinitely less crowded than any place on Phuket Island. For us, that was perfect. When you get to Ban Raya, it feels like you have the whole island to yourself. We liked everything about this place. First, it has outstanding customer service. The staff did everything possible to assure a perfect stay—especially a gent named Marboon. We picked a room near the ocean cove and the big infinity pool, which turned out to be ideal. Our bungalow had a large balcony. The main room was also large, as was the bed, as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice towels and bed sheets, and plenty of soft pillows. There’s great AC, a big TV, a sofa, and plenty of storage space. A large breakfast buffet was included and tasty, with good brewed coffee. The open-air restaurant offered excellent food for lunch and dinner. Ban Raya rents scooters and bicycles, and there’s a market and another restaurant short rides away. My girlfriend loved the on-site spa. Stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

Victoria and Tawan were perfect hosts. They are so friendly, and they took care of every need and desire that we had! The restaurant is great, but it is only open for breakfast. Many other restaurants and stores are within walking distance. It's a short walk to a clean beach with rocks, but the busy, beautiful, and sandy Nai Han Beach is a short taxi ride. Quiet and peaceful at night, and the air conditioners work great. Come and enjoy!

Baan sikhao Yanui is a recently renovated guest house in Rawai Beach where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, open-air bath, and garden.

The villa was fantastic, clean and modern. The local area is chilled out but still has lots to see and do. Many coffee shops, restaurants, nice beaches and boat trips all close by to the villas. There is a 24 hour supermarket close by to walk and get supplies. The cleaning staff came by every day and were so friendly, Daniel the host was easy to contact and gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area. Thanks so much guys.

Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast with nice options. Swimming pool available, room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with great A/C. It is bit far from the tourist attractions, but that is not a problem - you can rent a bike or use a taxi.
