I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Ramada Plaza in Gammarth. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. The food at the hotel was above average, with a good variety of dishes that were fresh and satisfying. A standout aspect of my stay was the spa – the team was highly professional and made sure I had a memorable experience. I received one of the best relaxing massages, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. The hotel is super beautiful and the Tunisian culture is evident in all its details. It has several options for leisure, the beach sea pools (indoor/outdoor), spa, delicious restaurants, etc. Also their staff are amazing; especially Hala is so charismatic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Slim is very helpful. All the staff made me feel like home. I definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. The apartment was in excellent condition. Everything (including the washing machine) worked perfectly. The location is very convenient to get to via the TGM metro line. The host, Karim, was very kind accommodating.
