The location was awesome: close to bus and train stations, bus lines and taksi stand very close. Esin was very clean, comfortable and friendly. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Breakfast was Turkish kavalte buffet with lots of choices and well supplied. front desk staff very helpful with suggestions and answered all my questions knowledgeably! I loved the photographic decor also.

    We arrvied very late and checked in at 0100 but the reception was open and the owner was there himself as it is a family owned business. He was such a nice gentelmen who helped us in all matters.

    Lovely, family run and cosy hotel in the heart of Pamukkale. The owners made us feel at ease throughout our stay, and also prepared us a delicious spread for breakfast. They were very accommodating, which made our trip even better! Highly recommend to anyone who is planning to stay in the area.

    Good service is a family run business. Very helpful. 10 minutes drive to travertines. Simple but very clean and up-to-date design inside the Otel. They provided us with a blanket when I asked as temperature dropped 1°c.. Near restaurants overlooking cotton castle. Affordable prices.

    Friendly staff very helpful in everything you ask.( especially the couple who's managing the hotel) Enjoyed a very good breakfast. Kids loved this place( play area, horse riding) Location is very near to heliopolis and travertine hardly 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommended. When we checked out..the couple gifted kids pammakule magnets..kids loved the gift . THANKS YOU

    Excellent location. Peaceful, quiet, spacious and clean rooms. The hosts were as amazing as this hotel. Very kind and courteous. They have a lovely horse. The owner took both my children for a ride on them. This hotel is very close to the Pamukalle cotton castle. The owner also did all the arrangements for the hot air balloon ride. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool till 10 PM. Food was also great. Overall a perfect stay..!!
