Clean amazing, they upgraded us for free and gave complimentary breakfast. If I visit Gaziantep again, it would be my go to place.

This was one of the better hotels I went to. The location is great, staff is helpful, the food is delicious (a special thank you to the woman in hijab). If I go to the rooms, it is was very clean, large and professional.

Me and my daughter had an amazing experience at the Carra Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were given lots of information about Mardin and where to visit which was a great help. The owner Mete arranged a taxi tour for us which was an incredible experience. The taxi driver Mehmet took us around for the entire day and was extremely knowledgeable of the area and knew the best places to go. The hotel itself was beautiful with a gorgeous traditional interior design. I highly recommend getting tea and sitting at the terrace, which offers a gorgeous view. Thank you to Yildiz and Bekir for the lovely breakfast and for being very friendly. Overall, our experience was 10/10 and we hope to make another trip in the future!
