I chose this hotel for the location and I was right it was the best choice out of the noise and pollution of the city, but so near to it. Beside the fantastic location and of course view, i discovered a place I want to go back every time I am in Trabzon and also I want to recommend to my friends. The service is amazing, the workers are all very kind, profession and loving people always trying to help out and make their guests feeling at ease. The breakfast in the terrace is by far one of the best I had on all my life. Not mentioning the breathtaking view.. The room has everything you need to feel a king on the hill: very comfortable very warm, the bathroom is big with bath tube and a lot of fantastic hot water. The spa is open until late which gives the opportunity to enjoy a full day of activities and then relax in sauna or steam bath or with a massage with the 2 balinese sweet ladies or the super professional manager of the spa. They also have a gym in the spa where everything is perfectly working . Everything and everywhere is Super clean! Thanks to all the staff for the magical staying!

Location is a bit remote, but for us it was good because we wanted a serene environment. The breakfast was almost too generous, but then we learned that this is Trabzon's tradition apparently, I wish they would not waste so much food actually.

The apartment is sooo clean and modern, has all the supplies we needed, Hamza is a great host and helpful and friendly and soooooooooo kind. As Arabic, the breakfast is suiting me the most more than any breakfast I ever had though it is modest.

To start with, the property was clean and comfortable. It is 2 bed rooms apartment with modern and newish furnitures and kitchenette. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was amazing on the hill with Black Sea view and beautiful mountains surrounded. Breakfast was Turkish homemade style with delicious varieties. Buildings has elevator and beautiful garden. Wi-Fi was really good and reliable.

It was clean and spacious. The owner was very supportive and attentive. He is always there to support. The apartment location was close to Forum Mall ( around 20 minutes walk down hill). There is grocery shop near by as well as a Masjid. The sea view was fantastic( from 4th, 5th and 6th floor).

** In our Turkey tour, this hotel was a pleasant find. Good value for the money. ** Hotel was clean and had a pleasant modern ambience. ** For people who rented a car and want to visit the Trabzon area, this hotel is strategically located.
