Incredible hotel of a very high standard. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Amazing breakfast. Not the absolutely cheapest place in Kyiv but you're getting so, so much for your money. I really can't think of any negatives.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. There were some issues with the internet, but they were solved smoothly. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice location.

Very modern hotel. Many conveniences in the room I have not seen many places in Ukraine, except when paying a much higher price--like a hot water kettle, tissues in the bathroom, excellent lighting. Drinking water available on the floor and in the lobby. A very pleasant place.
