I loved this property. I travel a lot and have made at least 100 bookings through booking.com. This property ranks in the top 5 overall, and its ranking is number 1 for cleanliness. This is a single-wide mobile home, but don't let that stop you. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is plenty large for couples and families. The owner has made so many thoughtful additions. It wasn't beach weather when we visited, but there were beach towels in the home. Unlike many vacation rentals, all the plates, cups, glasses, and kitchen-ware are of very good quality and are a matched set. There is even a dedicated cupboard for children's plates and cups. The coffee situation was great and there were more than enough coffee pods for our stay. I loved that the bunk beds and queen bed were squared away like they would be in a Marine barracks. I enjoyed the military theme - the khaki and tan with rust colored accents completed the picture. This would be an ideal location for an extended stay.

We loved being able to stay someone affordable nice and clean. The home provided everything we could need including kitchen utensils so that we could make dinner at home and beach essentials like an umbrella and beach chairs that a hotel would not provide. Also the driveway was large enough to fit both our cars and boat!

everything :) Staff was exceptional. so caring, accommodating and great personality! all of them! made the stay worth it alone.. the room was clean. the sofa bed was comfy! the bed was comfy! great breakfast and the staff was very on top of making sure things were stocked, things were wiped down and empty clean it was awesome! Pool was clean and fun! overall great stay! Recommend!

This Holiday Inn features an outdoor pool and a hot tub, and is 5.6 mi from Pensacola Regional Airport. It is just off I-10 and provides free WiFi throughout the hotel.
