NOT “kid friendly”. Staff (except for the exception of the bell hops and one person who accommodated a request to bring me medicine via text) were not kind, and quite frankly unsupportive of a mother traveling alone with her 2 year old daughter. No empathy.

Every room was dirty including bedding. Shower head broke on my son while showering. Moved to 3 different rooms where the 3rd had dried feces on bedding. Night clerk called police saying we threatened her and police physically removed us from the room and wouldn’t give us a refund. Clerk found it funny and recorded us and continued to laugh. Worst stay ever. Will never return

Wonderful front desk service when we arrived - good communication and focus on making sure everything was in good order. Also, for families with young children, the Museum of Science and Curiousity is just down the street with exhibits, theater, and a lovely snack bar.

It was not clean, outside and inside the lobby stunk like urine and alcohol. It looked pretty run down just entering into the lobby. The area was not safe. Not a place for a decent family with children. We ended up booking another hotel instead of staying in this hotel, i just checked in and got the key card and didn't even enter the room.
