Hotels That Guests Love in San Francisco
  • Excellent location for San Fran sightseeing and very family friendly. The kids loved the games room and the funky outdoor area. It was great to have the flexibility to bring in food/drink from outside and eat in the games room or other seating areas. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

  • The staff were extremely helpful and organised family-friendly rooms for our party which included ourselves, children and grandchildren. The concierge was very knowledgable about transport links etc. The location couldn't be better - close to Union Square. Although the street was busy, we had no problems of noise carrying into the rooms. We were able to leave our cars outside while we checked in.

  • The location is very good - close to public transport links. Walking distance (15 mins) to Union Square. Cleanliness excellent. Family room was as described and while it was ok for a short stay (3 nights) five people in this size room would not be recommended for a longer stay. A couple of minor complaints we had were handled exceptionally well by the Manager. Heated pool was popular with the children as weather wasn't great. A practical choice for a short stay if you want luxury you need to go up a star.

  • It has a great, fun, family friendly feel. The courtyard is awsome! I love all the repurposed things throughout the hotel. Everything is at walking distance. We will definitely come back with our family!

  • The staff was the best and really made a difference to our stay. The room was small, but that was expected. Hotel location is a good starting point to discover the city. We stayed with an infant and had a good time, though it is not a family hotel.
