Everything: amenties, rooms were beautiful and high quality. But would stood out exceptionally was the care and attentiveness of the staff. I have stayed at multiple world class 5* hotels (Ritz-Carlton, the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental) and the staff was very much in line with what one would expect at one of those. I love everything about this hotel. The stuff are friendly. They speak good English, the room, clean the spa and the swimming pool very clean and everything is organized. It is the best family, friendly hotel in Tashkent The guys in the receptions were incredible. Very helpful.
