We can only highly recommend this charming guesthouse. The family is so caring and lovely. Everything is clean, the courtyard is a little garden. Breakfast is different every morning, with lots of fruits and freshly, home cooked delicacies. Our room is spacious, the bathroom and shower are great. Most of the gorgeous sites are within walking distance and there are many restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Good breakfast and friendly staff. You will not find any other hotel nearest to Ragistan Square. Receptionist Amirshah was so helpful throughout our stay. We had to leave the room early in the morning to catch the train to Tashkent, as a surpriseed they kept the breakfast boxes ready for us to take it along with us. That was a really exceptional experience.

We stayed for two nights and we were so glad we booked this hotel. It is a new hotel, very clean and ran by a lovely family who were extremely helpful and kind in planning our few days in Samarkand. They offered airport pick-up and drop off which was extremely convenient and at a great cost. Once we understood our location, we were in a perfect area for walking around to some of the key attractions and well-rated restaurants. The buffet breakfast was lovely and fresh, local dishes were brought to our table for us to enjoy. Thank you so much to everyone working at the Astoria, you made our trip to Uzbekistan even more enjoyable due to your hospitality.
