Everything: amenties, rooms were beautiful and high quality. But would stood out exceptionally was the care and attentiveness of the staff. I have stayed at multiple world class 5* hotels (Ritz-Carlton, the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental) and the staff was very much in line with what one would expect at one of those. The location is good for its proximity to the airport and the train station but it is away from the city center and tourist spots in Tashkent. On the other hand, the hotel is quite clean from its lobby to the lifts and to the rooms and toilets. The midnight staff whose name I never learned was really professional and quite helpful. He has arranged for my sahour on the day that the kitchen crew were not around. Thank you very much.

Location close to airport, that exactly we are needed at this time . We came at 3:00 am , and front desk staff was so friendly, helpful and can understand Russian English languages. Room very clean, beds soft and comfortable have fresh smell , tea pot , water, coffee and tea . Bathroom has all staff and enough towels . Breakfast testy ( you can ask chef to cook eggs any stale) .
