Great location. Close to the bus and train stations as well as many attractions. The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. We arrived a day before to relax after our train ride and before taking the bus and they kindly allowed us to stay. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good.

Pana Hotel was a very comfortable hotel with beautiful decor. We were very impressed upon arrival. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very generous and diverse. The wifi worked well! We did ask the hotel for help organizing a one day trip to Moynak and transfer to Khiva. The hotel went above and beyond providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay in the yurt. It was clean, comfortable, and unique. The outdoor garden is perfect for relaxing in the cool evening air. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even booking our taxi to Khiva for us. Peaceful neighbour hood.

where do i begin to describe how pleasant this hostel has been…firstly they arrange a free pickup at the train station waiting for me to arrive after a long trip… they then put you in a room with less people to have a more comfortable stay… very clean hostel and comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom… i ended up staying 3 days more bec its just so comfy…they also helped me order delivery very nice hosts🙌best hostel in uzbekistan
