I stayed here 3 nights at the same owner’s property about 200 meters away. I believe they are called Happy Homes Moc Chau. The first 2 nights in the upstairs room were lovely. The room is modern with a comfortable bed, great air con unit, and nice layout. There is construction happening, but it was not an issue. A swimming pool is being built and additional units. The 3rd night, I was asked to move to a ground floor, and the room was smaller with a weird layout. The bathroom was accessed by ducking under a sloped stair, and the bed in this room was very hard. The owner is very nice and friendly.

I stayed here for 3 nights. What is mentioned in other reviews are correct so I don’t know what to write more than describing the Homestay. This a wooden traditional house with wooden beams and clay roof tiles. It was constructed for three generations to live together so there rooms for families and guests, and some guests sleep on the floor with mat. The balcony is huge and have traditionally solid wood chairs. The Homestay is surrounded with peaceful. So it is very interesting and to experience the Vietnamese traditional way of living. Hot water 24 hours and there is no need of AC with Moc Chau weather.

The staff and owner are amazing, kind and communicative. They are attentive to my needs and questions. They helped me book taxis, talk to the drivers on my behalf, recommend places to have coffee or food. Orders food on my behalf. Gave me a white light for work (because the room has yellow light and it was dim for me). I was not able to do any tours, I just work and chilled on the homestay. Walked around and tried cafes. Love The Meadow, I saw the green tea harvest first hand. The owner of the cafe is the bestfriend of the homestay owner.
