My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.

I have good time at Victor gallery hotel & restaurant. Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. We loved this hotel so much.

In this hotel I feld that I had a family in Hanoi. Everybody so friendly and professional at the same time . Their help and care the first two days when my friend was sick was priceless. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. They even made me an upgrade to a bigger room with window and a bathtub as I was leaving midnight and I was loosing the breakfast of next day. Live music at the rooftop bar was a bonus for me as I was solo the few last days of the trip. Highly recommend this hotel. Location , cleanliness and the staff are 5 star. Another plus was that the kept my luggage to the hotel when I left for two days with my Backpag to visit Sapa.

The staff here were truly amazing . We called in before our stay as we needed a place to change before taking the train to Sapa. They made us truly welcome. On our return we had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. Our only regret that we couldn’t stay longer.

Hotel right in the center of the old town. Convenient for travel, near the night market, only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Clean and nice room, delicious breakfast. Staff are polite and friendly. I'm very satisfied.

An unforgettable stay! Everything was perfect during my time at Salute Hotel. The location is amazing — close to all the key attractions in Hanoi, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful street for a good rest. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. But what truly makes this place special is the staff — so kind, always smiling, and truly helpful with everything. I also booked my Ninh Binh tour directly through the hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my trip! I’ll miss Vietnam so much — and this hotel played a big part in making it such a wonderful memory. Highly recommended!
