Such an amazing experience! Pe Thao was a wonderful host. He boasted with energy and enthusiasm. The views were spectacular & some of the best trekking we’ve done in Southeast Asia. Bed was on the hard side but I loved the hot shower, AC, mini fridge, fast wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, balcony overlooking a (tiny) koi pond., elevator, lobby level cafe, etc. I used Google Translate to communicate with front desk and the girl was EXTREMELY helpful in retrieving something I left on a bus from Hanoi. For western travellers, it’s a steal.

Hard to find anything to be critical about. That Vietnamese hotel chain is a unique concept for the country , run and managed professionally.
