The staff is amazing. I arrived at 9:30am. I asked to leave my stuff, however my room was ready so they let me check in at that time. They also allowed me to have the breakfast at the hotel at no additional charge for that morning. the room was very, very clean as well. This is a very overall nice hotel with very helpful staff.

The apartment, very, very good and shiny and the sun come inside the bedroom and living room. The location is very close to everything. 1 or 3 minutes walk to the restaurant and park and supermarket & coffee and bar and taxi station. It has free private parking for my car. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and sweet.

Everything here was wonderful. Staying here reminds me of the best of people and why Kosovo will always hold a special place in my heart. Everyone working here was so welcoming and kind, helpful, and attentive with anything I needed during my stay. Rooms were clean, and the food was excellent! I found myself staying in the restaurant at the hotel my last two days rather than going out it was so delicious. Anytime I come back to Gjakove, this is where I'll stay. Even if you aren't staying here, I highly recommend the restaurant. It is so good, it fills nightly with locals. Great location. 15 minute walk to Old Bazaar with shops and restaurants abounding. Beautiful view from the restaurant patio.
