It was a much pleasant stay. No surprise Nature around is exceptional as the staff is. They are very thoughtful and trying to guess your needs even before you ask. Food is delicious and facilities comfortable.

The Montusi Mountain Lodge is really beautiful. The lodge is beautifully located and elegantly designed. We enjoyed the scenic view so much. The bungalows are well maintained. It was really cozy in there. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast & dinner was the best we have had in ZA so far. We wish, we could have stayed longer!

This was a very comfortable and scenic lodge, close to good walking in the Drakensberg mountains (ask the staff for recommendations). I'd recommend asking them to cook you dinner, as it was affordable, convenient and tasty. We used their well equipped and large kitchen to make our own breakfast. Excellent value.
