The restaurant/kitchen staff and management were welcoming and made us feel incredibly relaxed. So much so I was close to tears sitting by the fire at night drinking the tastey red wine on offer. Our game driver Sibu was a legend! Knowledgeable and friendly and truly cares about the reserve and all the amazing wildlife.
