We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!
