I had a truly fantastic stay at the Salt Townhouse! The hotel room was exceptional, featuring a comfortable double bed and a cozy bunk bed. The wooden decor added a warm and inviting atmosphere to the room, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, with a wonderful shower that provided a refreshing experience. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the attention to detail in the decoration was evident throughout. The beautiful social area on the ground floor was a great place to relax, with several comfortable sofas to sink into. The availability of espresso coffee and complimentary water was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. One unique aspect of the Salt Townhouse is its online-based system. While there is no traditional reception, the online process for check-in and communication worked seamlessly. It was incredibly convenient and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Although the hotel is located in Hallen, approximately 30 minutes away from Salzburg, it was absolutely worth it. Hallen itself is a beautiful city, with picturesque landscapes at every corner. Using it as a base to visit Salzburg allowed us to experience the charm of Hallen while still easily exploring the famous attractions of Salzburg. I highly recommend the Salt Townhouse for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. From the comfortable and stylish rooms to the convenient online system, it provided an exceptional experience. Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with fresh pastries, fruits and juice are available. At the property, there is an on-site family-friendly restaurant serving dinner and a selection of vegetarian options. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It's design and the whole ambient was very comforting, we found ourselves quickly feeling just like at home. It had it's own sauna, which was great to use after a long day of hiking while enjoying the beautiful mountain panorama. The staff was very helpful and super kind with everything. On some days we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the food was really good, the breakfast was plenty. Parking was not a problem, the wifi was also working very well. The town is a super nice place, too. We recieved Lungau cards in the hotel after checking in, which we used to discover the area basically for free. Great for family trips!
