The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. I liked everything. This hostel is a pure example of how the hostels should look like. Big, spacious, with a lot of different areas. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor smoking area, backyard hammock area, common space near reception with a ton of books, front yard with plants, a lot of art in all the areas of the hostel... Rooms are big enough with electric sockets near the beds, this room where I stayed for the first night has even small lamps near beds, big lockers with the keys, vents during the day, air-condition during the night, hot showers, big friendly dog and big friendly cat, helpful and well informed bilingual staff, laundry available, small store with the most necessary items (food and toiletries) at the reception... Quiet during the night, but with a nice international hostel vibe. I hit some booking promo deal, so the price was also very affordable. 10/10

We just stayed before a flight from Recife airport. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, generous and welcoming. The room was spotless. They have a small pool which we didn't have time to make use of, unfortunately, and a cafe. It is in a super convenient location for the airport, just 5 mins drive away but still quiet.

It's really amazing. Breakfast was really good (didn't try lunch/dinner though). Nice parking with automatic gates, and the staff can park for you if you prefer. About location: if you're looking for a typical tourist hotel with a view, where you can safely walk to the beach and meet other tourists and locals jogging, biking, etc, this is not your hotel. I gave high marks for location because I was not looking for a beachfront hotel, and Caldinho do Nenem is a 3-minute walk, which almost justifies the stay by itself -- it's a wonderful experience. For any other things, I had a car ;)

Hotel 7 Colinas has rooms providing a balcony with hammock and nice garden views. They are equipped with air conditioning, telephone and minibar. It looks like paradise right in the heart of Old Tonw Olinda. Everything was precious: the cobblestone road, all the luxurious trees and plants, birds, incredible food, and superb staff. My partner and I were absolutely delighted by this visit, and we are planning to go back.
