From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

This property is situated a short distance from attractions such as Toronto Eaton Centre, Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, and Ryerson University. The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. I booked a short stay, just overnight, as I was in Toronto to attend a concert. The hotel was right in the heart of the action. Very convenient location. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning. I opted for a king deluxe room and it was HUGE! The room was immaculate. Check in was smooth and the representative very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

It was a very short walk to the Maple Leafs game and back. We would definitely stay here again. The views of the CN tower were also great as well.

Automatic and festive lights as I made my way to the side entrance. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kind and helpful owner.
