From the outset they were able to store our luggage which was a huge benefit. The apartment was clean, everything that we needed and more was included (towels, shampoo and coffee were all included), the apartment was in great condition to allow us to cook and to enjoy our time. The location is right above a grocery store which makes getting any essentials super easy. It is slightly outside of downtown core however with the Basel card, transit into town was a breeze.

Steinenschanze Charming City & Garden Hotel is less than 5 minutes' walk from Basel's city centre and the university, close to historical buildings and the old town. The personnel was nice, facilities cool, hotel near Steinenchanze bus stop, meaning, you can move by bus easily, just to 1 stop from Banhoff SBB. Thanks!

Very clean, splendid breakfast and location walkable to about everywhere in the city. Also nice that you get a free card for the whole stay to take the public transport if wanted.
