She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions. The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

I especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches—like the decorations for Swiss National Day and the Disney bed sheets for our kids—that made us feel truly at home. The apartment is right in the heart of La Neuveville and full of charm. While the old town can get lively on weekends, the noise didn’t really bother us. The rooms were spacious and cozy with lots of storage space, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely go back to Maison Merz! :-)
