The Park wing is located in the heart of a city park and grants rooms with a private balcony, as well as access to the 24 hours fitness centre. The hotel is nicely situated between the lake and the city centre. It has a beautiful spa and functional rooms. The breakfast buffet was generous. Staff is friendly and helpful. Things are luxurious but discreetly so.

The fitness centre is open daily between 06:30 and 22:00, and the outdoor pool is open on sunny days, usually from May to September. they upgraded my room and it was super spacious and comfy!

On the special day, they organized a beautiful little celebration that made our child light up with joy – complete with decorations, a small cake, and even a personalized gift. It’s rare to find such genuine attention to detail and kindness. This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where people truly care about their guests. We are deeply grateful for the unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families traveling with children!

Featuring mountain and garden views, this apartment also includes free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 11 km from Evian Masters Golf Club. All the facilities are perfect, all you need is there. it very close to town center where all restaurants are there. we find this place amazing. if you are in the area, this is what you want. We arrived one day late, because of our flight. The owner offered us a free night instead the one we lost. Very generous owner, and even gave us a receipt for the insurance about the day we lost. I would definitely come back there.

Four Seasons Hotel Geneva provides a wide range of business services, a multilingual concierge, valet parking in the garage and free WiFi. Children's amenities are provided as well as a babysitting service. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all
