Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

This 4-star hotel offers room service and a tour desk. Guests can make use of a bar. Shiny new, clean, well designed and across the road from the train station. Our room was on the backside and although the place seemed busy in the lobby our room was quiet. We decided to have dinner at DaVinchi. The staff accommodated us and we ate in the common area. The food was great.
