The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I booked a room with a lake view but I got a view of the lake and the ocean and the bay behind the lake. The breakfast has a lot of choices. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are a few beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests. The beach is beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. There are a lot of watersports, so there's often a bit of noise in the background. The hotel pool is ok for swimming. For children there is a bigger pool at the hotel next door. I want to thank the housekeeping staff. They must have noticed that I prefer the coconut drink to the beer in the minibar and started giving me more coconut drinks. That was very thoughtful.

Especially our butler Dikshya, she was really helpful and really nice.

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay is located in Sanya, about 15 minutes' drive from Sanya Phoenix airport. It offers business venue, a swimming pool, kids' club, fitness centre and a self-service laundry service. Free WiFi is covered in all areas and guests can enjoy free parking. I liked breakfast, the view, help and involvement of the staff, clean room, self laundry. I liked the beach, there are no crowds of tourists and I liked the walking health path, very pleasant to walk at any time of the day
