Superb experience within old Chinese like building but actually inside was very modest with exceptional facilities and very functional gadgets tool given for amenities. I had a great stay at the Chengdu Ritz-Carlton. The staff were super friendly, and I especially want to thank Kiki Xu for her assistance in finding my AirPods that I had left in the room after checkout.

Sichuan Gymnasium Station (Line 1 and Line 3) is 2 minutes' walk away and Line 10 is a 5-minute walk away from the station. The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable, facilities well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was with a lot of choice.

Room very clean and spacious with nice view of the city. Access to gym and pool, both well equipped.

The staff is super helpful and even ordered us a taxi and because we didn't have our apps set up yet, they paid for our cab so we could get to a cell phone store to get service. The resturaunt is delicious with some of the best food we had on our trip. The air conditioner was ice cold and the shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable and we had great pillows. The courtyard was cozy and comfortable.

The process of checking in at Qingcheng Valley Harbor was amazing-the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and even offered us tea when we settled down. Our room exceeded expectations: it was quiet and spotless, and it was particularly comfortable to lie in bed after a long trip.
