This place is a real hidden gem. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, the bed linen is a dream, the bathroom is very modern and absolutely clean. Nice, clean, good condition, everything works fine (except the coffee maker but they will surely fix it), super quiet, parking available, comfortable beds and pillows, super TV, internet, fully furnished. And amazing price. Also no weird rules and kept clean and serviced. PERFECT

A very beautifull romantic place, very large room, the only minus is that the badroom is not with a communicating door to the bedroom,

Les 3 Roses is located in Anjouin and offers free bikes and a terrace. The property is 37 km from Saint-Aignan, and complimentary private parking is provided. A flat-screen TV is available. Loved everything about this delightful B&B. The accomodation was very comfortable and peaceful. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided a wonderful evening meal and the most fantastic breakfast. The quality of the food was great and included lovely local produce. The beautiful longere was situated in a quiet rural area but within easy travelling distance of local attractions. Thoroughly recommended.

What can I say... the breakfast was wonderful. I have a milk intolerance and typically have great difficulty getting anything suitable to eat. However at a days notice Caroline produced a breakfast suitable for me. A lovely fruit salad. Soya milk and soya yogurt available. The homemade bread was very tasty, the scrambled eggs, made from their own farm eggs, were delicious. Croissants, pain au chocolat, ham and other meats etc as you'd expect. The coffee was some of the best I've had in France.
