The property was extremely clean and felt so homely. It was lovely to relax in the evening with our two boys (ages eleven and nine) with Netflix. Lots of thoughtful little extras like hot water bottles,hair dryers in both bedrooms. The bathroom had shampoo,conditioner and bodywash. We asked for the heating to be turned up as my wife really feels the cold and Richard came over and sorted very quickly.

The building itself was small, so not too many guests which kept it homely and welcoming. The owners were amazing, they truly went above and beyond, and even made it like a little party for my sisters birthday, which we hadn't asked for. I feel as though we have made new friends who we would like to visit frequently. The food was impeccable, fresh eggs from their hens, quality butcher sausages all freshly cooked, no frozen food. We felt like we were treated like family whilst we were there.

The clean modern set up with all facilities required. Wonderful heating in cold weather and kitchen facilities if required. Rachel was so accommodating and helpful, and I just wished we could have stayed longer. Rachel even dropped us to the train station to help us out.
