We had very friendly shuttle service to the marina centre and it was within walking distance for us to stroll back after sightseeing and shopping at the marina shops. Very friendly staff offerring us options to do recreational sports like table tennis in the outdoor area.

It was a lot cheaper than staying in Oia or Fira, however well enough connected with buses. The pool in the hotel was a great added value.

Excellent aparthotel for a family of 4. Beautiful decorations. Very confortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Parking is not easy around the area but the hotel has some solutions with the nearby mall.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

We just stayed here in September 2023, its a great location in the center of Kos city. We had no issues with the apartment and our stay was very plesant. Stelios and all the others are so nice people people, you feel so welcome as a guest😁 It is a nice seaview and you can also see against the lovely city. Everything is perfect with this hotel👍

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well arranged. I truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and the overall quality of the place. An excellent experience that I highly recommend.

Gorgeous hotel! My 21 month old son had the best time, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The kids activities were brilliant, especially the two ladies running the classes. Would highly recommend to families with young children.
Very comfortable luxurious place for the family. Great for children all ages. Our kids are 5 & 3 and loved the children swimming pool, kids club and the kids activities that were planned. Great for parents to relax by the pool, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Great family resort. Well kept beach. Nice and clean rooms. The family room was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. There was a wide variety of food, especially tender and tasty dishes in the Greek and Pan-Asian restaurants. We loved the aqua fitness classes, the live music on Sunday night, and the magic show in the theater. There was also a fun acrobatic entertainment for children on July 21.
Great vibe, friendly staff, and a wonderful sense of ease, everything you need is provided (spa treatments, kids activities, highchairs, cot, baby pool etc) - the junior suites are great when travelling with little children.
- Loved the swimming pool area with big day bed swings ans well as smaller tanning beds along the pool with umbrellas - The room was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious - The breakfast in the morning had a good selection (the mini Crepes were awesome!) - Really friendly staff, with the business being run by such a nice Greek family - We don't have children but the facilities are really child friendly (child seats available at breakfast, as well as the fake grass is close to the pool is fun to lie on or for small kids to crawl on)
The staff was the best of this property. They are like a family. We won’t forget Chronis and Ritsa, always helpful with our children, always supportive, kind, funny. The maids work hard every day and always are smiling. At our arrival, we had some stuff at the room that needed to be reviewed/repaired and the handyman was there right away to solve everything. Room was comfortable and the pool is perfect for kids and adults. Snacks and drinks are at affordable prices.
The facilities were exceptional. Food was also great. This is a hotel optimized for families with small children, they are very well prepared for that (e.g. there is ice cream available practically everywhere, each and every restaurant offers kids menu, their own aquapark is great, they operate kids club, etc.). Staff members are nice and helpful. The beach is really nice. What I liked the most is that though they were allegedly fully booked I didn't feel crowded anywhere in the hotel area (maybe in the kids pool, but nowhere else).
Everything we needed was there (including baby cot and a kitchenette). Our kid really liked the pool (a part of which was specifically for toddlers and small children). A supermarket is five minutes away.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very tasty, you find everything you need for adults and children too. Perfectly equipped playroom for young kids to explore with a lot of toys. Overall very child- and family friendly hotel, therefore full of families with young children :) The beach is really close and there are plenty of also child friendly restaurant options in walking distance.
