The Oasis Holiday Home & Restaurant se nachází v destinaci Gangtok. Stadion Palzor je 300 metrů daleko a Institut tibetologie Namgyal 2,9 km. The staff were exceptional. They helped carry our suitcases from the bus stop when we arrived and back to the bus stop early in the morning when we left. Hot water was available 24/7. The food was reasonably priced—similar to other restaurants and hotels—and the quality was very good.

The best part about my trip to Sikkim was my stay at The Sherpa's Abode. The view from the room was fantastic, the staff were also very cordial and warm especially, Vinay, Savita and Suraj. The food that was served by them was always warm and fresh and felt like we were eating at a relative's home. The host Nima Uncle is such a sweet and kind person. He shared his life stories with us which were so inspiring, he helped out with arranging taxi transportation and also gave hacks on taking care at higher altitudes. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which is so rare to see these days.

Tag Along Backpackers se nachází v destinaci Gangtok a nabízí kola zdarma a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Stadion Palzor je 1,6 km daleko a Klášter Enchey 2 km. My stay at Tag along was all I could hope for with my trip to Sikkim. The hostel itself was very clean and comfortable and provided a great place to rest my head after a day of travel. Tag along is in a great location that’s close to MG marg while also not being far enough to not be overwhelmed by the noise. The best part of my stay was the kind hospitality by Manisha who helped me out and was able to give some great recommendations. The effort Manisha and others have put into creating a great social environment at the cafe as well was really great to see. Thank you again Tag along, you’ll see me again soon :)

Di-Lac Retreat se nachází v Gangtoku a má terasu. K dispozici je také sdílený lounge a restaurace. K dispozici je bezplatné Wi-Fi a soukromé parkoviště. Pokoje jsou vybavené TV s plochou obrazovkou. Alisa and her small team at Di-Lac made our stay just perfect. Delicious breakfasts and dinners were served with helpful hints and tips for our visit to the area. She kindly organised taxis and excursions for us which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much! The hotel itself is a few kilometres above Gangtok. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony which I thoroughly recommend. Waking up to a fantastic view where the clouds kissed the mountains below really shouldn’t be missed. If you want to be surrounded by the hustle and bustle of MG Marg don’t stay here but if you want peace and quiet, fabulous views and the beautiful sound of birdsong, look no further.

I really like the ambience and the vibes here are really calming. My children also enjoyed the place and the staff here were soft spoken and child friendly too. The food was also good be it paneer tikka or dal fry. Their signature dish was really good.

Nabhasa Courtyard Home & Apartment Stay poskytuje zahradu, terasu a pokojovou službu. Vodopády a park Banjhakri je 500 metrů odtud. We had a beautiful stay at Nabasa Courtyard! Dr OT and Dr Mamta were incredibly warm and kind — they invited us to their Diwali puja, shared dinner with us, and even showed us the Gangtok lights at night. The room was very spacious, spotless, and peaceful. The property is calm, surrounded by greenery, and close to Banjakhri Falls. It truly felt like home.

Staying at this homestay felt just like being with family. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their warm behavior truly made the experience special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape that added to the charm. The food was absolutely delicious—home-cooked, authentic, and easily some of the best I’ve had during my travels. On top of that, everything was offered at very affordable rates, making it a great value for money. I’m genuinely grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the owner and their family. This homestay isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel at home. Highly recommended!
