Yuko was a wonderful host and made us a delicious meal. We felt very welcome and it was definitely the most connected experience we have had in Japan. It was lovely to feel like we were in a home away from home.

Check in was a breeze, they made sure to show us where everything is and also offered to make hot tea during checking. The facilities was perfect, it was very traditional and they did everything proper. The room was great, it was HUGE and had everything you could need. It was raining and they gave us umbrellas, they also gave us yukata's and slippers (you can choose what type) to walk around the town to go to the Onsens. The food for dinner and breakfast was chefs kiss!

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Staff were fantastic, and amenities were superb. We booked the private onsen which was the highlight of our whole trip. My partner was even able to get a gym session in with easy use of the gym. Everything was perfect and we were well looked after.
