It was very comfortable to live in for two weeks. It is also very close to the pedestrian street and to the beach. The pool area was perfect, we were there in June/ July and it was not busy at all so plenty of space to enjoy the chaise longue and pool. Going for groceries was also very practical as the main supermarket was just next door as well as convenient stores.

This property was FANTASTIC!!! Best of the 7 various accommodations on this trip. Very well equipped throughout and particularly the kitchen so we had no trouble making the odd meal at "home". Coffee maker, toaster, teapot, gas cooktop (no oven) everything we needed. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Plenty of plush, new towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets/bed covers were in good shape. Nice pool although we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a convenience store at the corner. The condo and neighbourhood was quiet. The bedrooms and livingroom look out to a greenspace. Dedicated parking spot within a gated area. 24/7 guard at the gatehouse. I'd definitely stay here again!

The villa was spacious and clean, with working air conditioning and wifi. The surrounding location around our villa was gorgeous, beautiful plants and landscaping. The pool was also beautiful and refreshing. We loved staying in the jungle outside of downtown Tulum as it was quiet and private. You definitely will want to rent a car or a motorbike if you are staying here, as it is not walkable to downtown Tulum. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be coming back some day!
