This place was absolute luxury had everything you needed including mini bar (prices were really cheap €1.50 for a beer). Bed was super comfy too! Location is about a 10 minute drive from the airport and located on an industrial site which has security guard at the entrance. Felt totally safe. There is also a guy who manages the building on site to greet you. We arrived close to midnight and had no issues. I would recommend using USA transport shuttle company, they know the warehouses really well. There is a cafe next door where you can grab breakfast, which was pretty cheap too. We could have easily stayed here longer!

Very friendly , arty and independent couple run this snapshot of the jungle. They picked us up from airport, treated us well and took us to a local bbq around the corner. If you are ever arriving or leaving cancun then this is the perfect spot for a day or 2.

It was a great place just north of Tulum, beautiful ocean front location. Delicious breakfast and a couple of good restaurants in and near the hotel. Great service (Isabel and another guy whose name we forgot) who were very helpful and kind.
