We were a group of 14 people and a baby, and reserved 8 rooms. We couldn’t ask for more than what they gave us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. But more than that, the hosts are amazing people!They helped us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for places to go. I also think that their place has the best view in the valley!

With 55 rooms and 6 suites, all with plenty of natural light and panoramic views. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WIFI. Bathrooms include a free-standing tub as well as free toiletries. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were amicable and professional. We took the boat tour on the Douro, which was relaxing and scenic. We would definitely go back again to the Octant Douro.

It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. Great location on working vineyard with stunning views of the Douro river. Miguel and his family are exceptional hosts. Dinner was delicious. Highly recommend
