We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.

Rooftop tent is very easy to set up. Bed was a little short for me (6'2" / 187cm) but we made it work. Aloha Glamp was accommodated an airport drop off and was flexible with pickup as well. Overall, great experience - would highly recommend!

Very well located, large and extremely comfortable apartment. Well thought out and equipped to a high standard, especially the kitchen; very good beds. A plus was the community pool and nearby Kamaole Beach. We left earlier because of the Lahaina fires, we would have loved to have stayed longer and would book here again in a heartbeat.

Overall the unit was nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds were well kept and the pool / hot tub were a major bonus. The views of the whales breaching were effortlessly spectacular. There were board games in one of the drawers for those rainy days if needed. The access to an on-site laundry room was very helpful although a little difficult to access quarters ($2 to wash and another $2 to dry). The code entry door was nice when it worked. Many times it took multiple attempts for the door to actually unlock for us. The bedroom seemed to be pretty good with sound when the doors and windows were closed. We traveled with our 7 month old who we had setup a pack n play for her to sleep in. When we put her to bed in the bedroom, we could keep doing what we were doing outside the bedroom without her waking up from noise. The designated parking spot was right up front and helped ease our worries of trying to find parking if we left.
