Grace was a wonderful host. Il Viaio is a cute, charming, calm and peaceful spot. There is a wineyard nearby (5 min walk) which is nice as well. Breakfast were soooooo good as well !

This is our second stay here (the first one being some 6-7 years ago). Phenomenal location, 15 minute drive to Florence, with beautiful view from the hill towards the city. Super comfortable, well-appointment apartment, sturdy, timeless. Good pool with a view. Pool towels provided in addition to the bath towels. One can't really hear the neighbours much at all. Helpful hosts. Just good care taken with everything here. We love this place.

Amazing stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. We felt at home. Stefano had incredible tips of what to see around the region. Horse riding lessons were amazing and the horses are so well cared for. Very easy to do day trips to Florence or even San Giminiano if you have a car. One of the best places we stayed in our trip.

    This property was blow mind! The farm and land was so incredible to be able to walk around and feed all the animals. It truly was a unique and enjoyable experience. The rooms were cosy and perfect, the staff were friendly, parking was great, pool and views were lovely!!

    The location and the lodging were outstanding. We enjoyed walking on the farm, in the forest and the pool. Though visiting Florence was great, it was also great to get out of the crowds every evening. The staff were all great. We received excellent and friendly service and great advice on where to visit in the area.

    The pool and the vistas from there were fabulous. The ducks and donkeys nearby on the property were an added plus. The linens and sheets were beautiful and the room was simple farmhouse style but clean and great. The bathroom was very nice and modern. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the setting was even more amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious and the waitress was attentive and so pleasant. The bounty was all from the property grown and made there.
