We spent a great week at quiet and serene Burgerhof. Beautifully located in a valley up in the Sarntal, it is the perfect starting point for numerous trips, exploring the Sarntal itself, the neighbouring valleys, especially the dolomites, and South Tyrol‘s picturesque towns. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, offering some great tips - for hiking trips, restaurants and sight seeing tours. The Burgerhof offers a variety of amenities and activities, including a small lake to swim in, cute animals and fresh eggs. Thank you for the calming experience!

Location was excellent for us hikers! Not too far from the Dolomites for day trips or hiking further up from Jenesien. We really enjoyed the hospitality, the family is ready and willing to help at anytime!

Location is incredible for true tirol experience and still convenient to get to Bolzano. Klaus is so friendly, really enjoyed chatting to him and hearing about tirol history and history of the property.

The main thing we loved about this property was the extremely kind and friendly hospitality from the proprietor, Marianne. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and help us with our terrible German, and we felt so at home. The property itself is clean, attractive and has great facilities. Our room had lots of sun and a lovely balcony. We appreciated having the fridge in the room for drinks and the bathroom was well appointed. There is an affordable restaurant attached to the property which is super convenient. The hotel is a ten minute bus ride to Bolzano.
