The house is part of an old farm house. We had a bedroom and kitchenette with one bed. We did not know, one can not cook there (there is no stove, only a kettle etc.) We had to drive back to Nykøbing to get dinner. There were so many mosquito around there, we did get fast from the car into the house and left early in the morning for the ferry.

The owner, Christian, is a considerate host who cares about his guests. The scenic countryside and the nearby charming little Præstø make Jungshovedgaard an ideal destination for short getaways.

Rustic, quiet, relaxing and a great price! Access to the kitchen and deck was a really nice bonus. The host was friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was newly renovated with a very comfortable bed. The showerheads were excellent!! The experience of living in a rustic farmhouse was great!

Loved that we had a kitchen to cook. Loved the farmhouse decor, very cozy and comfortable. We loved having the family room and the kids having the loft, they thought that was so cool. Loved that the hosts thought of kids with pee pads in case of accidents. Loved that there was a playground too and being in the country.
