Taxiarchis
Located 3 km from Taxiarhis Village, Elatodasos is a stone-built complex with a garden and children’s playground. It offers rooms, studios and apartments that open to a balcony or patio, enjoying garden and mountain views. Great place to stay and beautiful, clean room with a fireplace
Agios Ioannis Prodromos
Located in Megali Panagia on the 10th km to Ierissos, in Halkidiki, Platanorema is a beautiful farm stay set in a space of 35,000 m2 and land-marked by a natural aquatic pathway with a native plane-tree forest. It offers a large sun terrace with BBQ and a Farm with both domesticated and wild animals. We loved the location, especially as it was far from the crowded areas. The place has a pet farm that children can play with. The food was great and the staff was fantastic. We even got to experience some local weddings. It may be a bit noisy for early sleepers but we felt we got a glimpse of the authentic Greece.

Loved the location as it was quiet and rural but an easy 5 minute walk into Kerkini town to get groceries and food. The hosts were welcoming, the house was spotless inside and out. The location near to the lake was wonderful. We had a lovely meal at a grill spot in town, then another at the fish farm in Ano Poriera, and a lunch at the old train station in Veronica. A wonderful area to explore and see the birds on the lake.
The location. Is a bit remote - but close to many great places to visit. It has a very cozy rustic look & the breakfast is very good - the staff that cleans and serves breakfast ( the ladies) are very pleasant and helpful.
Idyllic location, rustic and homey feeling to it.
Everything was wonderful, perfect location with a view of the mountains, a very beautiful rustic interior and the nicest hosts.
It was old. Breakfast was ok. It wasn't like a farm though. Not bad. But I wouldnt go there again for a nice holiday
For a pension, this was excellent - rooms with a/c looking out from a spacious balcony over farmland in a peaceful location in a rural village, surrounded by orchards (and near the tomb of Alexander The Great's father King Philip). The charming host, Thomai, welcomed us warmly, provided local information, and prepared a very good breakfast.
It was so peaceful and serene, and we really enjoyed taking walks with our dog around the property and taking in the natural beauty. The views from the farmhouse were just breathtaking, with hills and lush greenery on one side and stunning sea views on the other. The rooms were comfortable, and each one had its own unique charm, with plenty of natural light streaming in. Beautifully decorated, with a blend of rustic and modern elements that made the atmosphere so warm and inviting. The perfect place to unwind and recharge!
The Studio was very clean & well equipped. The hospitality was more than perfect. If you want to see rural Greece, this is one of the best place, with Kerkini Lake close, where you can have a boat trip, or, if you want, you can ride a horse in nature. By the way, you are surrounded by farm animals. It’s a working farm that also rents out rooms.
Ktima Mimoza was the perfect place to stay with our family and friends. Friendly environment (Matina and her whole family were very kind and helpful to us), cleanless to its perfection and the the ktima on its self was just incredible, a cute farmhouse i would say. The family owns and a small tavern in the heart of Sykia village. The food there is delicious! Thank you Ktima Mimoza family. We hope to see you soon😊 P.s. The road leading to Ktima Mimoza is full of surprises. My daughter fall in live with the whole scene!!
