His recommendation for a good snorkelling beach was spot on and provided us with one of the most memorable afternoons on this gorgeous island. The location of Il Boschetto is perfect. A quiet residential area just ten minutes on foot to the lively and beautiful centre of Porto Azzurro. The flat itself was small but provided everything we needed. Great WiFi connection, a huge terrace on which to enjoy dinners, sunbathe, and hang our towels and swimming costumes to dry . The shaded parking was also a bonus. We are already planning our next trip to Elba and will definitely use Il Boschetto again.

Linen and towels have to be rented extra but it is not expensive (25 eur for 4 nights 4 people) Owners are very friendly and nice... it is agriturismo so they have their own produce you can buy...we even got a welcome homemade white wine and one day some fresh fruit was waiting at the door... the beach is 10 min away by foot. Porto Azurro is just a perfect place to stay to explore the island, and town is super cute... of course as the island itself.

This farm stay is 3 km from Marina di Campo Airport. Gian Lucca contacted us to give us advices and informations for our trip and arriving in Marina di Campo, Our welcome on Easter sunday was warmly and charmly. We felt immediatley 'at home', and so we did the whole 2 weeks of our holiday in Orione . Breakfast is fantastic and the whole day you have access to focciacias, sweets, coffee, tea, Pizzas, fruits an own fridge and more. There was a water heater, excellent. For our walking tours or restaurants we got nice ideas. While it was still cold they heated our room, we were really very thankful. After one week we've got new bed linen and towels without asking. The parents and Gian Lucca had a good feeling for caring for our well and let us our privacy. Thank you so much or everything!
