The pool was beautiful and warm, it looked like the beach. The owner Leo, joined us for the evening and even treated us to limoncello! What a treat. The beach is only a couple of miles near by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fasano is 15 km away. My stay beyond exceeded expectations, from the moment I arrived the owner and his staff made me feel so special, they were always conscious of any requests and willing to go above and beyond. I was truly blown away at the hospitality and also the beauty of the property, the grounds are like something from a fairy tale with lots to explore. The room is also very unique and I loved the color scheme and views. HIGHLY recommend

But honestly, you may not want to leave the estate. The atmosphere is that relaxing. The owners are what make this place truly special. Passionate, kind, and always ready with a smile or a helpful tip, they’ve created something rare — a place that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. Emilio, Giulia, and Roberto are some of the kindest, most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast, and the saltwater pool was the perfect place to unwind. The location is ideal, just 6 minutes from the beach and 12 minutes from Monopoli. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience!

It was peaceful and quiet and there are many beautiful towns and beaches all within half an hour maximum to explore. It was a great base for us for the week and we hope we can visit again.
