I loved the warm welcome we received from the family during our stay. The facilities were excellent with a very spacious room and a very comfortable extra large bed. Everything was spotless. We had an excellent home cooked evening meal on our second night. Elizabete is wonderful cook. She and and her family are warm, kind hosts and nothing was too much trouble. A special place to stay.

The adult sons all spoke English well, so communication was good. They were all so proud of their Agroturismo and gave us a tour, telling a bit about their family history. We were served an appetizer soon after arrival, which included wine from their vineyard. We had a huge breakfast with a number of homemade specialties, in fact way more than we could eat!

I would highly recommend, my room and facilities were great. The staff were super friendly and would definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends!

Food was amazing, felt like we were visiting family. Claudino cooked us wonderful 4 course meal for dinner. Breakfast was a feast. Lovely fire was roaring when we arrived. Best experience of our trip to Portugal. If you are anywhere near…plan to stay. We will be back in summer to enjoy gardens and pool.

Set 17 km from Shipyards of Viana do Castelo, Casa do Casal - Country House with Swimming Pool offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The farm stay offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The house is fantastic and a perfect option for a family trip. The kids loved the pool (although we were not so lucky with the weather and couldn't use it as much) and we enjoyed the place a lot and the surrounding area is lovely for short evening strolls. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment super clean and spacious, also the contact with the owners was very friendly and helpful.
