They also make an amazing breakfast each morning and will make an amazing gourmet dinner upon request. The rooms are decorated with such personal touches and the views and tranquility of grapes, mountains and river views, you could sit and relax on a swing or lounge chair outside the room for hours. Sunsets with a glass of wine are amazing there also. I would highly recommend this!!

Offering a garden and garden view, Quinta da Cerdeira is situated in Seia, 28 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela and 41 km from Mangualde Live Artificial Beach. I travelled with my wife and 2 small dogs. The accommodation was located in a beautiful area and great for when you have pets with you. Gina our host was absolutely lovely, very helpful, friendly and approachable for anything you need She is also a fantastic cook. Our breakfast every day was lovely and Gina was willing to do it for whatever time we wanted. All in all a lovely holiday and I would go back!

Set 19 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela, 44 km from Mangualde Live Artificial Beach and 20 km from Manteigas Hot Springs, Casa do Outeirinho offers accommodation situated in Sabugueiro. The house was in the center of the town, although we´ve been offered one on the outskirts. It was easy to go everywhere and there were many facilities such as bars and shop just next to it. The house consisted of 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, small kitchen and terrace. It was great, as we could cook our meals there. If you are into hiking, there are some hikes they you can do without using your car. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Casa de Baixo - Nature Hotel offers accommodation in Alvoco das Várzeas. There is a games room on site and guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. We have been just one night but it was really great. The place and the surrounding were amazing. So beautiful. Vasco was so nice and gave us great information. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Really magical place.

The rooms are really wide with great balconies and really clean. The house it self is really cozy and with lots of space. The breakfast is amazing. The view is pretty good and they have a nice pool! The location is perfect to just relax.

Cantinho da Estrela is located in Seia and includes free WiFi access. The guest house is just 9 km from the green areas of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. We loved the location and character of the village. Easy parking on the streets. The house was welcoming the bedroom and toilet were a good size. Good aircon and host was lovely and accommodating.

The 17th century Solar de Alarcao features a garden and a furnished terrace with Guarda views. The centre of Guarda is a 4-minute drive from the property. Lovely room, friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast, good parking
