Five-Star Hotels in Cox's Bazar

Really liked the cleanliness and cordiality of hotel staff.

We got a good deal and booked the hotel without checking the reviews, and were very excited. However, we saw quite a lot of negative reviews on TripAdvisor afterward and were very apprehensive, and almost thought about canceling. It was quite late and we decided we would go anyway. It was one of the best decisions we made. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and the pool was amazing. Maybe because we are expats, but we found the food prices quite reasonable to what we would find at other 5-star hotels in Dhaka and Chittagong. We did eat outside a few times and there is a good row of restaurants nearby. We also really enjoyed the water park, and Aussie the turtle was such a highlight. We extended our stay and they gave us a good deal and the staff were so incredibly helpful in every way possible. In fact, my laptop crashed during my stay and they even got their IT guy to help reboot my computer. I would highly recommend the resort, and while my experience may not be something everyone can generalize, I had a blast.

I am very pleased with my stay and I don't know where such poor opinions came from. I had a clean room, cleaned every day and towels changed. The hotel staff was very helpful and check-in took 5 minutes. Maybe 5 stars is too much for this hotel but the quality to price ratio is also very good.

The room is very spacious, and it felt just right in all respects. The furniture and the fittings were all great. Breakfast was pretty good with adequate continental options. The restaurant at the rooftop provides great food with a beautiful view of the sea beach.
