The property was amazing. The place was amazing and had this “cozy” sort of vibe. I think truly that the best part was the ambience. during the day people would gather and just enjoy together, let it be enjoying a small concert or just enjoying the beauty of the Swiss mountains. I really enjoyed my stay, the scenery was great + the place was amazing. I would go as far to say it was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. am 100% coming back here, Pure Heaven in earth.

The location is the best in Zermatt, the staff was very helpful spicaly Mr. Faisal, he was very kind and well knowledged. The concierge guys have answers for all my questions. And I am very sorry to forget the breakfast buffet manger because he were the best guy ever and has the most positive energy while serving people on the morning.
