Our stay at Serenity Alma was truly perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively addressing our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendly and professional approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The aqua park was the highlight of the trip for our kids, offering a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. It was clear that the facilities were thoughtfully designed with families in mind, providing a safe and fun environment that both children and parents could enjoy. The food was another standout aspect of our stay, far exceeding our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors impressed us all, and even our picky eaters found dishes they loved. The attention to detail in every meal reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The combination of exceptional service, fantastic amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. Everything was 10/10 I have travelled to a number of places and stayed in luxury hotels but this hotel definitely is up there! Extremely happy with everything! Staff were helpful, extremely accommodating and helpful Especially Rahim who was in contact with me all the stay even after his working hours . Best food we have had at an all inclusive resort, all the meals are well curated.
